Woman sues B.C. golf course, claiming ball hit her as she drove by

A Vancouver woman was allegedly struck in the face with a golf ball that came flying through her open car window while driving along Oak Bay’s Beach Drive in June.

Now, Evelyn Mohr is suing the District of Oak Bay, The Victoria Golf Club and Kane Watt, the man who reportedly hit the wayward ball.

Mohr filed a civil claim on Feb.
