Single family home assessments in Campbell River flatlined in 2023.
The BC Assessment Authority is sending out its 2024 assessment notices, which reflect market value as of July 1, 2023.
In Campbell River, the typical 2024 assessed values were determined to be $678,000 which is virtually the same as the 2023 typical assessed value (which was actually $680,000), considering essentially a zero per cent change.
