The Strathcona Regional District is holding virtual sessions to let people know how Emergency Support Services works.
Emergency Support Services (ESS) are overseen by the SRD. Emergencies and disasters can occur unexpectedly, causing significant disruptions and putting people’s lives and well-being at risk. ESS helps people ensure their basic needs are met if they are affected by an emergency.
In all, there are eight different services overseen by the regional district.
