A man with a kid’s scooter and a large wagon wearing a plaid jacket and gumboots is believed to have caused mischief at the local gas station on Quadra Island on Boxing Day.
On Dec. 26, Quadra RCMP received a report from gast station staff that someone had dumped a bag of salt into the garden and applied paint to random places outside (like the bushes).
