Student Delilah-Rose Price won the top submission for her age group

A Quadra Island student’s art was chosen for this year’s First Peoples Cultural Council Holiday Card Contest.

Quadra Elementary student Delilah-Rose Price won the top prize for the age 7-8 category of the contest. The contest was for Indigenous artists ages 5-12 to submit their holiday-themed original artwork.

Price won a $150 gift card, and her artwork has been reproduced for one of the four FPCC’s 2023 holiday cards, which will be sent to FPCC’s friends, family, partners, colleagues, and networks.
