Quebec City’s Jade Masson-Wong needed just one minute to knock out American Gabrielle Roman on Saturday night in the main event of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’s first-ever show in Canada.

The 31-year-old Masson-Wong knocked Roman down twice before referee Dan Miragliotta stepped in to end the flyweight bout at the River Cree Resort and Casino in suburban Enoch.
