The 6th Annual Campbell River Bald Eagle Festival commemorates Phoenix, the Hornby Island bald eagle that was watched by thousands on the Internet.
BC Hydro is a major sponsor of this year’s festival put on by Mountainaire Avian Rescue Society (MARS), which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Maritime Heritage Centre by Discovery Pier.
