Federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh wants Canada to do something about the housing crisis.

Earlier this week, Singh requested an emergency debate in the House of Commons on housing after hearing from caucus members and Canadians about the situation in their home communities.

“Every municipality is really struggling with housing and it’s not just encampments and homelessness,” said Singh who made himself available for an interview with The Mirror.
