An open letter. (About the dark side of social media):

Recently my social media account was duplicated. I learned, the term is to “impostor” somebody.

I found out about it, because a friend of mine sent me a screenshot of a fabricated, unkind message someone sent from an account looking exactly like mine, to another person. The only intention I can imagine anyone would do this was to fuel animosity between us, and to undermine my relationship with those looking at the screenshot.
