Harvey Eric Le Grand of Campbell River, BC passed peacefully on Dec.12, 2023 at the age of 72. Harvey was born Sept.18, 1951 in New Carlisle, Quebec to Harry and Eileen Le Grand. He leaves to mourn his older sister Karen (Larry) Kiley, younger brother Allan (Heather) Le Grand, and youngest sister Linda (Robert) Chapados.
Harvey is survived by his loving wife Hyacinth, of 44 years; loving children: Robert (Brianne) Le Grand, Kim Le Grand, and Andrew (Justine) Le Grand; loving grandchildren: Lucas, Clara, Caila, Penelope, and new baby girl arriving March 2024.
The family would like to deeply thank Dr. Bakshi for his care over the years. We also thank Dr. Farias for her end-of-life care for dad. We also like to thank the Campbell River Palliative Care and their South Home Care team, Christy and Gina, who came by at the end of their shifts to make sure Dad was comfortable. Also, thank you to dad's dietician Lisa who helped get him the nutrition he needed. Thank you all. As is his wish, no formal gathering will be held.
