Thirty-six female hockey players from the Island attended the U18 zone camps in Port Alberni April 2-3.
It was at this camp that two Campbell River athletes were selected after evaluation of their fitness and skill off and on the ice. Scotia Bellevance and Taryn Ashdown were selected and will attend the U18’s tournament in Salmon Arm from April 27 to May 1.
