In Loving Memory ~
Diane Frances Kawano (nee Wilson), 76, of Campbell River, BC passed away peacefully December 31, 2023, at home surrounded by loving family.
Diane is survived by her loving husband Gene, her brother Leland, daughters Debbie, Cheryl and Tanya (George), stepdaughters Tina, Kerrie (Jim), from Diane's marriage to Neville, and Gene's children Candice, Randy (Mary), Mandy (Paul), Calvin (Sharon).
With this large, blended family, Diane was also survived by many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Diane was a great source of love, happiness and support for her family. She will be dearly missed by those who were lucky enough to know her.
A special THANK YOU from Diane's family goes out to Dr. Jessica Jokinen and the kind nurses that attended her passing, to the staff in the Cancer Care Department & Fluoroscopy Department, and all other staff encountered at Campbell River Hospital. Your kind care and compassion were appreciated.
At Diane's request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Feel free to celebrate Diane's life as you wish.
