I just finished reading the article by Alistair Taylor about the City of Campbell River looking at converting the Elk River Transit (ERT) from a pedestrian and bicycle trail into an active roadway.
This is disappointing news.
I ride my bicycle to work Monday to Friday year-round commuting from Holly Hills across the Campbell River and along the highway to the ERT trail then up to Merecroft and Dogwood Street.
