Campbell River warming centre to open Feb. 26

Warming centre available for short term stays while temperatures drop

In response to the low overnight temperatures forecast, the City of Campbell River is activating a Warming Centre at the Campbell River Community Centre (401-11 Avenue).

The centre will be activated at 11 p.m. this evening, February 26, 2024, and will run until 7 a.m. tomorrow, February 27, 2024.

The Warming Centre is open to all for short-term stays and visitors may bring pets on leashes and belongings, including bikes and carts.
