The Campbell River Mirror came away from the annual Ma Murray Awards with two winners on the weekend.
The paper won a first place at the annual British Columbia newspaper awards for Ad Campaign and a third place for Outdoor Recreation Writing.
Mirror creative consultant Tammy Robinson won the first place, Ad Campaign Award for her Club Fitness campaign ad design. The judges said about the campaign that “The Club Fitness ads work on many levels.
