Local band, the Awakeneers, have brought some Christmas cheer to Campbell River.
The band has released a new holiday song called ‘December in the North’ written and recorded in Willow Point for a free download.
“While other people were struggling to dig their way out of the driveway after last December’s snow-dump, songwriter Isa McKenty was catching snowflakes on his tongue and writing this song,” says a press release from the band.
