Tahsis residents will be going to the polls this spring for a by-election to replace two councillors who have recently resigned.

“In the last couple of months two members of council have resigned from council and so we’re having a by-election,” said Dawn Attorp, chief election officer for the village.

Councillors Douglas Elliott and Meggan Joseph have both resigned their positions as councillors.
